Main purpose of job: To work under the direction of the Shanghai Sales Manager to increase profitable sales of Hanovia products into specified China markets, specifically to achieve sales target.

• Sales:
o Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
确定销售前景并与目标客户取得联系。
o Present and sell company products and services to customers.
销售公司的产品并向客户提供相应的服务。
o Prepare quotes and technical solutions to customer requirements.
准备报价并按客户的需求提供技术解决方案。
o Follow up on new and existing opportunities, and record all such activity and opportunity status in the company CRM system.
跟进现有的销售机会,并记录在公司的客户关系管理系统上。
o Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
不断学习现有产品知识。
o To actively seek out market information on competitors, customers and market trends and to input this information into the company CRM system.
积极主动地搜索市场信息,消费者和市场发展趋势。
o To prepare reports including sales activity, sales won/lost with reasons, follow-up activity, and any other reports as required by your manager.
准备相关报告,包括:销售活动、成功/失败的销售案例原因、后续活动以及其它经理所要求的报告。
o Participate in events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
参与研讨会、商业展示、电话销售活动等。
• Other duties:
o Provide cover for other China Sales team staff sickness, holiday, or other absences.

o Answer and professionally handle incoming calls to the sales office.

o Any other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications:
The appropriate candidate will be an experienced sales person (4-5 yrs of direct sales experience), ideally with a background in scientific products, preferably in sales to the water industry.
大学本科以上学历,4-5年销售经验,最好具有科技产品销售背景,尤其是水处理,紫外消毒处理行业。
The candidate must have a strong direct or project or channel sales track record, as well as negotiating and closing skills.
候选者须具有直线/项目/渠道销售经验,并具备谈判和控制技巧。
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills are of second nature to him.
优秀的沟通和表达能力,以及较强的人际交往能力。
In addition, the candidate can demonstrate strong clients developing and maintenance skills, openness to the ideas of others and the desire to embrace change.
